source, as I am curious to know. I am famililiar with the red SR71 here in Texas that, btw, originally had the forged BBS silver mesh wheels, whose owner had another Z that had FM10s. He installed the FM10s on the SR71 prior to selling the car to the guy in Dallas, who is here on the board. Also, I am familiar with Jim Horn's car, as the previous owner is an acquintance (so is Jim; that's my car in the background of the pic of his car in the thread, btw.) That car also previously had the forged BBS silver mesh wheels, prior to that previous owner specifically purchasing the FM10s for it. This particular previous owner has a penchant for Fikses, as many of his vehicles are Fikse-equipped. Every article/review/writeup I have ever seen regarding the SR-71 Z has made reference to, and usually included pictures of, the BBS mesh wheels. Where did this Fikse/BBS choice reference come from?
